‘The Scream’ Actually Drawn by Seven-Year Old Boy
Edvard Munch’s famous painting ‘The Scream’ became the most expensive artwork ever sold at auction yesterday, when an anonymous bidder paid nearly $120 million.
But what many don’t realize is that Munch was just seven-years old when he painted the masterpiece.
OMGG.com caught up with the artist’s great-great-grandson, who told us ‘The Scream’ took Edvard less than 10 minutes to complete.
“If you look closely, it’s pretty sloppy work,” explained Stewart Munch. “Ed’s parents were so disappointed they never even hung it on the fridge.”
